Payment Options
Online orders – we accept:
* All major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bankcard, Diners.
* Direct deposit - when you click the "check out” button on our online shopping cart, simply select “Cash (Direct Deposit)” at the Payment Options stage; and make a direct deposit using the bank account details provided; when we receive your payment, we will process your order.
Phone orders – we accept:
* All major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bankcard, Diners.
* Eftpos
Please call us on (02) 9388 0999 and have the item codes ready for the item(s) you would like to purchase; please also have your bank account/credit card details handy so we can process the order over the phone for you.
Exchange/Return Policy
We kindly exchange* but do not refund for incorrect choice. The returned item needs to be in its original condition and packaging and returned within seven days of receiving the item.
*For health and hygiene reasons we have no exchange/refund policy on Earrings and Hair Accessories.
